The college was established in 2016 since the inception of Al-Arish University.

The college has 5 departments:

1. Department of Nutrition and Food Science (available only to the scientific department)
2. Clothing and Textile Department (available for scientific department only)
3. Leather Department (available for scientific department only)
4. Educational Department (available for the Scientific and Literary Department)
5. Department of Family and Childhood Administration (available for the Scientific and Literary Department)
6. There is also a Department of Therapeutic Nutrition.

Areas of Action

The graduates of this college are required to work in many fields, including :-

1. Nutrition department graduates work as nutritional supervisors in hospitals, clubs, and factories, in addition to opening a center or clinic for obesity and underweight or diet
2. Graduates of the clothing department in their field of work inside clothing factories, private work, such as ateliers, as well as in the field of clothing design, and fabric analysis laboratories in major factories from other fashion designers
3. Leather department graduates work in factories or open special projects, meaning they do fashion designers, but the material is all leather, shoes, bags, belts, and everything related to leather.
4. Graduates of the Department of Education and Teaching (Home Economics Teachers).
5. Management department graduates give courses on family and childhood management.
